✦ Note Alerts

Important notes are now harder to miss with the introduction of Note Alerts.

Previously, notes could be assigned an Alert Type, but this did not change how they appeared to users. Alert notes will now display automatically when a record is opened, bringing critical information to the user’s attention at the right time.

✦ Customer Users

SpyderFlow now supports Customer Users, providing customers with direct access to information relevant to their properties and assets.

Customer Users can submit requests with supporting information, track their progress, and view associated appointments directly within SpyderFlow.
