To Create a New Service Request

Go to: Main Menu – Service requests – List of Service requests landing page – then click Create New.

• Mandatory fields of “Type” and “Address” are in Red.

Fill out optional fields to your business process standard. Often more information is preferred.

• If you cannot access the Create new option contact your organisation.
• If you cannot access SpyderFlow at all you may need to be invited by your organisation.
